1990年初,我们对本县农村具有中师学历的小学教师的现状作了一次调查。 调查目的 通过怀柔县农村小学教师现状的调查,揭示郊区农村师范教育的基本特征,以进一步端正师范教育“主动适应社会主义现代化建设的发展和实施九年义务教育的需要”的改革方向。 调查对象 怀柔县26所乡、镇中心小学12O名干部、教师(皆具中师学历),怀柔师范学校教学法教师,怀柔县小学教研室教研员。
In early 1990, we conducted a survey of the status of primary school teachers with secondary qualifications in rural areas in our county. The purpose of the survey is to investigate the status quo of rural primary school teachers in Huairou County to reveal the basic characteristics of rural normal education in rural areas so as to further correct the reform direction of “normalizing the needs of nine-year compulsory education” in teacher education. Huairou counties surveyed 12 township primary school 12O cadres, teachers (both with the qualifications of teachers), Huairou normal school teaching method teacher, Huairou County primary school teaching and research staff.
