一、组织移植片辐照研究的一般情况自体、同种和异种移植:为进行组织移植最好使用患者本人新鲜的活组织(自体植片 Autografts)。其优点是不存在免疫学排斥和传播感染病源的危险,而且愈合能力强,国内有大量成功的报道。自体移植的缺点是需要牺牲患者正常组织,要接受另次手术的创伤与痛苦,加之受到数量、形状、部位、时间的限制,所需要的组织往往不能从患者本人提供。为了适应广泛的临床需要,应设法从同种或异种动物取得所需植片(同种植片 Attografts 及异种植片 Xenografts),或使用人工合成代用品,也可使用自体组织培养细胞层。

The advantage is that there is no danger of immunological rejection and transmission of infectious pathogens, and the healing ability is strong, and there are a large number of successful reports in China. The disadvantage of autografts is the need to sacrifice the normal tissue of the patient, to receive the trauma and pain of another operation, and to be limited by the number, shape, location, and time, and the required tissues are often not available from the patient himself. In order to adapt to a wide range of clinical needs, efforts should be made to obtain the desired graft from the same or different kinds of animals (with the Attografts and Xenografts) or to use artificial substitutes or to use autologous tissue culture layers.
