传统的城市水资源管理系统大都是基于关系型数据库的,缺少基本的地理信息和空间分析与表达功能。为了提高城市水资源管理与决策的信息化和现代化水平,在分析和总结城市水资源管理的功能需求以及前人进行的有关地理信息系统(GIS)应用于城市水资源管理的探索与实践的基础上,提出一种将Geodatabase、GIS空间分析工具及水资源管理模型系统集成来实现城市水资源管理的新型解决方案,分析了Geodatabase数据模型与城市水资源管理集成的优势。以洛阳市为案例,对城市水资源管理系统进行了应用研究。
Traditional urban water management systems are mostly based on relational databases, lacking basic geographic information and spatial analysis and presentation functions. In order to improve the informationization and modernization level of urban water resources management and decision-making, it is necessary to analyze and summarize the functional requirements of urban water resources management and the predecessors’ research and practice on the application of geographic information system (GIS) to urban water resources management Proposed a new solution to integrate the Geodatabase, GIS spatial analysis tools and water resources management model system to achieve urban water resources management, and analyzed the advantages of Geodatabase data model and urban water resources management integration. Taking Luoyang City as a case, this paper studies the application of urban water resources management system.
