目的:观察在西药治疗基础上加用吴茱萸汤治疗反复自然流产的临床疗效。方法:选取100例反复自然流产者,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组予枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上予吴茱萸汤加减治疗。观察2组治疗后再妊娠患者不同时间段(第8周、第12周、第16周)孕酮的变化及临床疗效。结果:对照组妊娠率68.0%,研究组妊娠率86.0%,2组妊娠率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠患者第8周、第12周、第16周的孕酮水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治愈率46.0%,研究组治愈率68.0%,2组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸汤加减联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊、绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗反复自然流产,能有效提高妊娠率及妊娠患者的孕酮水平,从而提高临床疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of adding Evodia Decoction on recurrent spontaneous abortion on the basis of Western medicine. Methods: 100 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion were randomly divided into control group and study group of 50 cases. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate combined with chorionic gonadotropin. The study group was treated with Evodia Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of progesterone in two groups of pregnant women at different periods (week 8, week 12, week 16) and the clinical efficacy were observed. Results: The pregnancy rate was 68.0% in the control group and 86.0% in the study group. There was significant difference in the pregnancy rates between the two groups (P <0.05). The levels of progesterone in the study group at the 8th week, the 12th week and the 16th week were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The cure rate of the control group was 46.0%, the cure rate of the study group was 68.0%, and the cure rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Evodia Decoction combined with clomiphene citrate capsule and chorionic gonadotropin therapy can induce spontaneous abortion, which can effectively improve the pregnancy rate and the progesterone level in pregnant women, thus improving the clinical curative effect.
