细胞内DNA损伤和细胞对放射的反应(致死的或其他)之间的关系,是分子放射生物学的基础问题之一。过去已有许多有关方面的报道。本文拟以Lewis肺癌细胞为检测对象,从不同大剂量和不同小剂量X线照射与DNA合成的关系入手,进一步探讨细胞内DNA合成与细胞放射的反应之间的关系,从而为肿瘤的放射治疗提供更多更有价值的实验资料。
The relationship between intracellular DNA damage and cellular response to radiation (lethal or otherwise) is one of the fundamental issues in molecular radiobiology. There have been many reports from relevant parties in the past. This article intends to use Lewis lung cancer cells as a test object, starting from the relationship between different high-dose and different low-dose X-ray irradiation and DNA synthesis, to further explore the relationship between intracellular DNA synthesis and cellular radiation response, and thus for the radiation therapy of tumors. Provide more valuable experimental data.
