湖北省荆门市蚊类分布及季节变化调查

目的了解荆门地区蚊虫种类、季节消长、夜间活动规律以及不同生态环境对蚊类的影响。方法选取了4种不同生境的采样点,使用紫外诱蚊灯诱集蚊类,并在蚊类活动高峰期进行夜间分时段诱集。所得蚊类样本经实验室分类鉴定、数据统计。结果 7月下旬蚊类密度最高,达到693只/(台.夜);夜间21∶00~23∶00和03∶00~05∶00蚊类密度较高,分别达到12只/(台.h)和10.5只/(台.h);调查所得1科5属13种蚊种中淡色库蚊(Culexpipiens pallens)(致倦库蚊(Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus))、中华按蚊(Anopheles sinensis)、骚扰阿蚊(Armigeres obtur-bans)、三带喙库蚊(Culex tritaeniorhynchus)4种密度比较高;平原农村高峰期三带喙库蚊占82.57%,山区农村高峰期中华按蚊占64.33%。结论荆门地区优势蚊种为淡色库蚊、中华按蚊、骚扰阿蚊、三带喙库蚊;蚊类活动高峰期为7月上旬到8月上旬;蚊类夜间活动有两个高峰期,分别为:21∶00~23∶00和03∶00~05∶00;平原农村优势蚊种为三带喙库蚊,山区农村优势蚊种为中华按蚊。 Objective To understand the mosquito species, seasonal fluctuation, activity patterns at night and the effects of different ecological environments on mosquitoes in Jingmen area. Methods Four sampling points were selected for different habitats, and mosquitoes were captured by UV light-trapping mosquitoes. The mosquitoes were collected at night during peak periods of mosquitoes. The resulting mosquito samples were laboratory identification, data statistics. Results The density of mosquitoes was the highest in late July, reaching 693 / (Taiwan night). The mosquito density was higher at 21:00 ~ 23:00 and 03:00 ~ 05:00 at night, reaching 12 ) And 10.5 / (Taiwan .h); Culexpipiens pallens (Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus), Anopheles sinensis, harassment Armigeres obtur-bans and Culex tritaeniorhynchus were relatively high. The population of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was 82.57% in the peak season of rural plains and 64.33% of the mosquitoes in the mountainous rural areas. Conclusion The dominant mosquito species in Jingmen area are Culex pipiens pallens, Anopheles sinensis, Anemone mosquitoes and Culex tritaeniorhynchus; the peak period of mosquito activity is from early July to early August; there are two peak periods of mosquito activity at night, respectively As follows: 21:00 ~ 23:00 and 03:00 ~ 05:00. The dominant mosquito species in rural plain areas were Culex tritaeniorhynchus and the dominant mosquito species in rural areas were Anopheles sinensis.
