人力资源作为现代高校发展中的核心力量,已成为影响高校核心竞争力的关键因素。拥有结构完善的高素质的教职工,是高校可持续发展的保障。因此,教职工培训对于高校人力资源建设来说,可以更好的提升高校的核心竞争力。文章以高校艺术类教师为研究对象,指出高校在教职工培训过程中存在的问题,提出提高高校艺术类教职工培训的办法和对策,以期更好的开展高校艺术类教职工的培训工作。
As a core force in the development of modern colleges and universities, human resources has become the key factor that affects the core competitiveness of colleges and universities. Has a well-structured high-quality staff, is the guarantee of sustainable development of colleges and universities. Therefore, the training of staff and workers can improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities better for the construction of human resources in colleges and universities. The article takes art teachers in colleges and universities as the research object, points out the existing problems in the process of training faculty and staff in colleges and universities, and puts forward ways and measures to improve the art faculty training in colleges and universities in order to better carry out the training of art faculty in colleges and universities.
