“舒心宁”由羊红膻等六味具有降压、降脂或扩冠作用中草药及维生素C组成。临床观察证明可改善冠心病患者的临床症状,缓解心绞痛,降低血压及抑制血脂升高。本文报告动物实验研究结果。材料与制剂“舒心宁”按临床组方比例配制。草决明、黄芪、葛根、何首乌、陈皮以75%的酒精热回流两次,合并滤液,回收酒精。羊红膻用水煎两次,浓缩,75%的酒精沉淀杂质,回收酒精。槐米以硷水煮二次,过滤,将滤液浓
“Shu Xin Ning” is composed of Chinese Herbs and Vitamin C which have antihypertensive, lipid-lowering or capping effects. Clinical observations have proven to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease, relieve angina pectoris, lower blood pressure, and suppress elevated blood lipids. This article reports the results of animal experiments. Materials and preparations “Shuxinning” were formulated according to the proportion of clinical groups. Cassia, Astragalus, Pueraria, Polygonum multiflorum, and tangerine peel are refluxed twice with 75% alcohol, and the filtrate is combined to recover alcohol. The red snapper was fried twice with water and concentrated. 75% of the alcohol precipitated impurities and the alcohol was recovered. Glutinous rice boiled twice in boiling water, filtered, and concentrated the filtrate
