自2008年1月1日开始实行的《劳动合同法》注重对劳动者权益的保护,提高了用人单位的用工成本,短期内势必对高等职业学校学生就业产生一定的冲击。因此,高等职业学校在办学过程中,要有意识的加强学生职业技能的培训和实践,指导学生学习运用《劳动合同法》多渠道、多选择的进行就业。本文试从《劳动合同法》对高等职业学校学生就业的有利因素和不利影响两方面进行分析,并提出相应的对策,以供各方参考。
Since January 1, 2008, the “Labor Contract Law” has laid emphasis on the protection of workers’ rights and interests and raised the labor cost of employing units. In the short term, it is bound to have some impact on the employment of students in higher vocational schools. Therefore, in the process of running a higher vocational school, it is necessary to consciously strengthen the training and practice of students’ vocational skills so as to guide students in employing the “Labor Contract Law” to conduct multi-channel and multiple-choice employment. This article tries to analyze the favorable factors and unfavorable effects of employment of students in higher vocational schools from “Labor Contract Law” and put forward corresponding countermeasures for reference of all parties.
