基于实际情况来讲,工程档案指的是一个工程项目从提出、立项、申报审批、勘察设计、前期筹备、实际施工、工程监理、质检验收等工程项目建 设及工程项目管理阶段产生并且应该完整保存的文字、表格、影像资料等相关的文件材料,可见工程建设项目档案管理工作的关键性。针对一项工程项目 而言,唯有将档案管理工作做到位,才能够优化工程管理水平,保障工程项目可以顺利开工、完工,以此实现设计目标,为推进建筑行业的进步供应原动力。
