三油楔轴承是近代大型汽轮机组中采用的一种轴承型式。三油楔轴承与普通轴承,或单油楔向承不同。从润滑油膜的压力分布图上可以明显地看出,三油楔轴承具有三个楔形的圓弧段,并组成一个正圆。每个油楔中润滑油通道内的合成油压在轴上产生一个力,使轴能平稳地旋转,减少振动。三油楔轴承在运行性能上有两个特点:(1)抗振性能良好,运行稳定。由于旋转方向和轴承受的负荷大小是不同的,因此三油楔轴承的三个压力油膜就有三个不同长度。这就增加了轴颈在负荷小时的稳定性。此外,在任何负荷下,三油楔轴承中轴颈的偏心度都是非常小的。试验证明,在轴承座振幅相同的条件下,三油楔轴承轴颈在轴瓦中的偏心度比普通轴承小得多,三油楔轴承的油膜刚度一般要比单油楔轴承高1~5倍;(2)能够承受较大的表面负荷。三油楔轴承的表面承载负荷可达30kgf/cm~2以上,这就
