目的探讨纵向椭圆形连续撕囊在人工晶体植入术中的意义。方法纵向椭圆形连续撕囊法:即前囊撕囊口纵向长7~8mm,横向宽4~4.5mm。结果术中189只眼采用此方法撕囊后176只眼人工晶体均顺利植入到囊袋内。结论椭圆形撕囊具有术中晶体核易娩出、皮质易吸清、提高后房型人工晶体囊袋内植入的准确性,后囊一旦破裂可利用3点、9点位的前囊膜为依托植入后房型人工晶体。
Objective To investigate the significance of longitudinal oval continuous capsulorhexis in intraocular lens implantation. Methods Longitudinal oval continuous capsulotomy: that the anterior capsulorhexis longitudinal length 7 ~ 8mm, lateral width 4 ~ 4.5mm. Results Intraoperative use of this method in 189 eyes of 176 eyes after capsulorhexis intraocular lens were successfully implanted in the capsular bag. Conclusion Oval capsulorhexis with intraocular lens nucleus and easy delivery of cortex, which can improve the accuracy of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Once the posterior capsule is ruptured, the anterior capsule of 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock can be used as the basis Implanted posterior chamber intraocular lens.
