由于车辆制动启动频繁、交通渠化的原因,城市交叉口路面车辙病害严重。本文通过城市交叉口路面车辙防治研究提出路面结构的协调性要求。为了使路面寿命达到最佳效果,中面层与上面层应力求协调,若中面层比上面层材料抗车辙性能差的较多,则往往中面层会首先破坏,这也是当前路面结构中的常见现象。本文针对城市交叉口路面,在路面车辙预估有限元分析计算基础上,进行路面结构的协调性研究。本研究通过三轴动态蠕变和三轴动态模量试验获取沥青混合料的属性参数,在温度场分析的基础上,进行有限元分析计算,确定了同种材料位于中上面层时对车辙的贡献比值。最后推荐了针对城市交叉口路面中面层与上面层材料流变次数指标的关系,以期达到延长路面寿命、改善路面病害的目的。
Due to the frequent start-up of vehicle braking and the reason of traffic canalization, the rutting of road surface at urban intersections is serious. Based on the finite element analysis and calculation of the rut prediction of the road surface, the paper studies the coordination of the pavement structure. In this study, the parameters of asphalt mixture were obtained by three-axis dynamic creep and three-axis dynamic modulus tests. Based on the analysis of the temperature field, finite element analysis and calculation were carried out to determine the effect of the same material on the rutting Contribution ratio. Finally, the paper proposes the relationship between the surface layer and the top layer material rheological index in the urban intersection, in order to achieve the purpose of prolonging the life of the pavement and improving the road disease.
