目的观察阴道毛滴虫在粘附状态下的形态结构特点。方法将固定液注入感染阴道毛滴虫的大鼠阴道,达到局部预固定效果后,再取材浸泡固定,分别进行透射电镜、扫描电镜、光镜免疫组化及特染观察。结果经预固定后制作的标本片虫体数量较多。电镜下见阴道毛滴虫呈阿米巴样粘附于上皮细胞表面,虫体指状伪足插入上皮细胞间。结论采用原位加浸泡固定方法制备的样品,虫体数量多,且更接近其粘附状态下的形态结构特点。
Objective To observe the morphological and structural characteristics of Trichomonas vaginalis in the adherent state. Methods The fixative solution was injected into the vagina of rats infected with Trichomonas vaginalis to achieve the local pre-fixation effect. Then the materials were immersed and fixed, and then were observed by transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, light microscope immunohistochemistry and special staining. The results of pre-fixed specimens produced after the number of tablets more. Under the electron microscope, Trichomonas vaginalis showed amoeba-like adherence to the epithelial cell surface, and the lamellipodiae inserted into the epithelial cells. Conclusion The samples prepared by in situ soaking and fixing method have a large number of parasites and closer to the morphological features of the samples.
