将正念训练应用于中药传统技能竞赛培训,以来自学徒制班与非学徒制班的8位选手为研究对象,选用方法为单被试设计法,运用多重基线水平ABAB设计,旨在检验该心理干预对选手的影响,包括正念水平,接受水平与技能表现。结果表明,正念训练对学徒制与非学徒制选手比赛成绩的提高均有明显作用,但训练对学徒制选手成绩的提高优于非学徒制选手,非学徒制4位选手在院内选拔时落选,学徒制4位选手入围省赛并取得福建省一、二、三等奖,其中两位选手入围国赛并取得全国二等奖,干预效果明显,也说明了学徒制在技能型人才培养上的优势。
The training of mindfulness was applied to traditional skills competition training of traditional Chinese medicine. Eight participants from apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship classes were selected as subjects.
