乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)携带者广泛存在,各地报道不一,为了解我地区州直属饮食、公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带状况,更好制定预防措施,加强卫生管理,对延边卫生防疫站管辖的从业人员共3 957名。按民族、性别、行业、年龄分布进行了调查和对比分析,现将结果报告如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象 2000年3～8月延边卫生防疫站管辖下的饮食(饭店、食品加工厂)和公共场所(娱乐、桑那浴、按摩、旅店、商场)从业人员及岗前体检培训人员。
