梨原产于中国,在梨属的25个品种中,我国就有14种,是世界上梨属品种最多的国家。梨又名“果宗”“玉乳”“蜜父”“快果”,其中尤以雪梨以肉嫩多汁、味甜酥脆而著称。梨具有很高的营养价值。不仅含有丰富的水分,而且每100克梨中含糖9克及蛋白质、脂肪、钾、钠、钙、磷、铁、维生素B_1、维生素B_2、维生素C、维生素E、盐酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸等多种营养物质。
