2008年东莞实施医保改革后,东莞政府决定实行门诊医疗保障与社区卫生服务机构捆绑运作,进一步与卫生服务体制改革联动。文章探讨了东莞社会医疗保险制度以及相应的社区首诊制和逐级转诊制度下的社区卫生服务的现状和特点,在此基础上提出一些完善社区卫生服务的建议。
Dongguan in 2008 after the implementation of health care reform, the Dongguan government decided to implement outpatient medical insurance and community health services bundled operation, and further linkage with the reform of health service system. This article discusses the current situation and characteristics of social health insurance system in Dongguan and community health services under the first and the second referral system in Dongguan, and puts forward some suggestions to improve community health services.
