档案管理活动是由人完成的,充分调动人的积极性、主动性、发挥人的创造才能,是提高管理效能的根本途径。因此,根据档案工作不同层次的需要,需采取不同的激励方式。以充分调动工作人员的积极性。但人的能力的释放,不是无条件的、只有创造并满足这种条件,才可能将人的能力释放出来。这种能力释放条件的创造和满足,就是激励。因此,在档案部门如何激励每个成员的积极性和创造性是一个很值得研究的议题,为此就这个问题谈谈笔者的拙见。
Archives management activities are completed by the people, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative, to develop people’s ability to create, is to improve the management efficiency of the fundamental way. Therefore, according to the needs of different levels of file work, we must adopt different incentives. To fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff. However, the release of man’s ability is not unconditional. Only by creating and satisfying such conditions can man’s ability be released. The creation and satisfaction of this condition of capacity release is an incentive. Therefore, how to motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of each member in the archives department is a very worthy topic for discussion. To this end, I would like to talk about the author’s humble opinion on this issue.
