本文叙述了一种有限元计算方法,以计算内燃机轴对称零件在承受非轴对称热负荷时的温度分布。非轴对称热负荷是立体角θ的函数,如果将函数进行富里埃级数展开,由于对称轴上各点温度和θ无关,可在原轴对称方程上增加一个积分项,组成新的泛函并进行求解,使原来的三维问题,简化为二维有限元问题。本文还以一台中速柴油机排气门为例,介绍了温度的测量结果与计算结果的对比。
This paper describes a finite element method for calculating the temperature distribution of an axially symmetric part of an internal combustion engine under non-axisymmetric thermal loads. The non-axisymmetric thermal load is a function of the solid angle θ.
