建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业,随着建筑业的蓬勃发展,建筑劳务企业也逐渐发展。但是,我国建筑劳务分包市场起步比较晚,建筑劳务市场和建筑劳务企业的发展还存在着许多问题,比如劳务分包制度不完善、政府扶持政策难落实、员工培训不到位等问题都制约着建筑劳务企业的可持续发展。分析建筑劳务企业的现状,探究其原因,制订一系列相应的对策。
