目的探讨99mTc-MDP骨显像对骨髓纤维化中骨病变骨破坏程度评估的临床应用价值。方法对9例有典型的骨损害的骨髓纤维化患者,行99mTc-MDP骨显像检查,结合临床资料分析骨显像结果。结果 9例有典型的骨损害的骨髓纤维化患者骨显像均阳性,其中累计骨盆者6例,脊柱3例,四肢骨5例,颅骨3例、肋骨5例(由于7例患者均为多发性骨病灶,故病变有交叉)。与CT比较有3处四肢骨、2处腰椎、1处胸椎、1处髂前上嵴骨扫描病变CT未见异常,有2处腰椎、1处胸椎、2处肋骨CT提示骨破坏病变,骨扫描未见异常。结论 99mTc-MDP骨显像对于骨髓纤维化中骨病变骨破坏程度评估有重要临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99mTc-MDP bone imaging in assessing the degree of bone destruction in bone marrow fibrosis. Methods Nine patients with myelofibrosis who had typical bone lesion were examined with 99mTc-MDP bone scintigraphy, and the bone imaging results were analyzed with clinical data. Results Nine cases of bone marrow fibrosis patients with typical bone lesions had positive bone imaging. There were 6 cases of pelvis, 3 cases of spine, 5 cases of limbs, 3 cases of skull and 5 cases of ribs. (All 7 cases were multiple Bone lesions, so the disease has a cross). Compared with CT, there were 3 limbal bones, 2 lumbar spine, 1 thoracic spine, 1 anterior superior iliac crest bone scan without abnormalities of CT. There were 2 lumbar vertebrae and 1 thoracic vertebra. No abnormal scanning. Conclusion 99mTc-MDP bone imaging has important clinical value for the evaluation of the degree of bone destruction in bone marrow fibrosis.
