为了解决倾角仪校准的需求,研制出基于编码器的倾角仪校准装置。对倾角仪的零值误差、示值误差、测量重复性进行校准。采用系统精度为2″的编码器作为参考标准,保证了校准的精度。使用高精度的水准仪,将底座与夹具同时调整到0°水平度的位置。设计粗调微调结构,实现操作的灵活性。设计伺服电机驱动系统,实现自动化的调节。应用偏心轮设计了一套夹具结构,对不同倾角仪进行装夹。实验对分辨力为0.01°的数显倾角仪进行校准,能够达到校准要求。总之,该装置具有操作简单、校准精度高、适应范围广等优点。
In order to solve the need of inclinometer calibration, an encoder-based inclinometer calibration device was developed. Zero inclinometer error, indication error, measurement repeatability calibration.
