对一个采用抛物槽式太阳集热器(PTC)驱动的单效溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的制冷和供暖性能进行实验研究。实验结果显示,在考虑管路热损和储热水箱的热损后,夏季系统集热效率在0.24~0.35之间,系统集热功率为9.6~16.6 kW;冬季系统集热效率(采暖效率η_h)在0.42~0.55之间,系统集热功率为10.0~17.1 kW。制冷模式下机组在65~70℃的热水下加热,其制冷系数在0.40~0.60之间,日平均制冷系数为0.45,系统的平均制冷性能系数(COP_(s,av))为0.25;针对该制冷系统存在的一些问题和不足,对其结构设计进行优化分析,为高效太阳能溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的设计提供参考。
An experiment was conducted on the refrigeration and heating performance of a single-effect LiBr absorption refrigeration system driven by a parabolic trough solar collector (PTC). The experimental results show that the heat collection efficiency of the system in summer is between 0.24 and 0.35, and the system heat collection power is 9.6 ~ 16.6 kW after considering the heat loss of the pipeline and the heat storage tank, and the heat collection efficiency (heating efficiency η_h) Between 0.42 ~ 0.55, the system heat collection power is 10.0 ~ 17.1 kW.
