建立深度融合的校企合作长效运行机制是实现高职教育可持续发展的根本保证。本文以娄底职业技术学院“政行校企”四方联动合作办学体制机制创新为例,探索了高职院校“合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展”的创新之路。
The establishment of a long-term, integrated mechanism of long-term operation of school-enterprise cooperation is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of higher vocational education. This paper takes the innovation of institutional mechanism of the cooperation of four parties in Loudi Vocational and Technical College “government school enterprises ” as an example to explore the innovation path of “cooperation in running schools, cooperation and education, cooperation and employment, cooperation and development” in higher vocational colleges.
