中国经济已从高速增长进入到“常态增长”的阶段。在经济新常态下,产业结构优化与就业结构的扩大是浙江省经济工作的重要任务,产业结构与就业结构两者的协调发展将促进经济的发展。文章采用产业结构偏离度和灰色关联度,实证分析浙江省产业结构与就业结构的协调性,并分析其特点:浙江省产业结构与就业结构演变趋势符合一般发展规律;浙江省产业结构与就业结构确实存在关联性,但三次产业结构与就业结构存在不同程度的不协调,表现为就业结构的变动滞后于产业结构的演变。
China’s economy has entered a phase of “normal growth” from rapid growth. Under the new economic normal, the optimization of industrial structure and the expansion of employment structure are important tasks for economic work in Zhejiang Province. The coordinated development of both industrial structure and employment structure will promote economic development. The paper uses the degree of industrial structure deviation and gray relational degree, empirically analyzes the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in Zhejiang Province, and analyzes its characteristics: the evolution trend of industrial structure and employment structure in Zhejiang meet the general law of development; industrial structure and employment structure in Zhejiang Province There is indeed a correlation, but there is a different degree of uncoordination between the three industrial structures and the employment structure, which shows that the changes in the employment structure lag behind the evolution of the industrial structure.
