精准医学是生物医学信息与大数据科学交叉发展起来的新医学概念和医学模式。精准医学应用现代遗传技术、分子影像技术、生物信息技术,结合患者生活环境和临床数据,实现精准疾病分类及诊断,制定具有个性化的疾病预防和治疗方案。帕金森病作为一种复杂的,表型多样、遗传异质性大,环境与遗传因素共同作用的神经变性疾病,因此针对帕金森病患者的个体化治疗尤为重要。本文结合近期的研究成果与学者观点,阐述通过精准医学对帕金森病的研究提供新的治疗思路和方法。
Precision Medicine is a new medical concept and medical model in which biomedical information and big data science are developed crossly. Precise medicine uses modern genetic technology, molecular imaging technology and bioinformatics technology to combine the living environment of patients and clinical data to achieve the accurate classification and diagnosis of diseases and formulate the personalized disease prevention and treatment programs. Parkinson’s disease, as a complex neurodegenerative disease with diverse phenotypes, large genetic heterogeneity and environmental and genetic factors, is particularly important for individualized treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease. This article combines the recent research findings and scholars point of view, elaborating on the precise treatment of Parkinson’s disease through the study to provide new treatment ideas and methods.
