概述 1.焊接冷裂缝的特征冷裂缝是焊接低合金高强度钢、超高强度钢、中碳钢、高碳钢、钛合金以及铝合金等金属材料容易出现的一种危险缺陷。对于淬硬性较强的中、高碳钢、超高强度钢或工具钢,冷裂缝一般是在焊后冷却到马氏体转变点(MS)附近,大约200~300℃以下的温度产生。对于低合金高强度钢,则产生在150℃以下的室温或低温条件下,而且是在50~-70℃的温度范围内较敏感。焊接冷裂缝有时在焊后冷却到一定温度下

Characteristics of Cold Welded Joints Cold crack is a dangerous defect prone to weld metal materials such as low alloy high strength steel, ultrahigh strength steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy. For hardenability of medium and high carbon steel, ultra-high strength steel or tool steel, cold cracks are generally cooled to martensitic transformation point (MS) after welding, about 200 ~ 300 ℃ below the temperature generated.
