体能训练是篮球训练的基础,充沛的体能是完成技战术的保证。但是在我国篮球训练过程中整体训练优势与身体素质训练技术化的综合并未得到重视。本文研究篮球训练中体能训练的重要性及其训练方法,对体能训练的基本内容进行了初步的分析与探讨,为篮球运动项目的体能训练提供切实可行的科学方法和参考依据。
Physical training is the basis of basketball training, plenty of physical fitness is to complete the tactical guarantee. However, in the process of basketball training in our country, the overall advantages of training and the comprehensive training of physical fitness have not been taken seriously. This paper studies the importance and training methods of physical training in basketball training, and conducts a preliminary analysis and discussion of the basic content of physical training so as to provide practical scientific methods and references for the physical training of basketball sports.
