立足于观察比例阀阀口压力的动态特性,提出了比例方向阀死区非线性辨识的新方法。液压阀因为滑阀的阀芯对阀口有一定的遮盖量,使阀芯在一定的区域内没有流体流动,形成常见的死区。死区的非线性是影响比例阀静态和动态性能的关键因素之一,消除死区主要是通过在内部控制器中实施补偿量来实现。以往该补偿量是通过一套参数集来估算的,且需要昂贵的流量传感器。而死区参数辨识的新方法只需使用压力传感器即可。结果表明,该方法成本更低,速度更快。
Based on the observation of the dynamic characteristics of the proportional valve port pressure, a new method of dead zone nonlinear identification of proportional directional valve is proposed. The dead zone nonlinearity is one of the key factors affecting the static and dynamic performance of the proportional valve. The dead zone parameter identification of the new method can only use the pressure sensor. The results show that the method is cheaper and faster.
