密云县过去的河道治理,过分注重其泄洪、排洪功能,从而导致河道断流、生态环境恶化等问题。运用生态治理理念,把子槽与滩地相结合进行湿地建设,使河道呈现自然河流形态;通过修建跌水、滚水坝、橡胶坝形成梯级水面,美化环境;采用植物护坡营造岸绿、景美的生态堤防;采取放养鱼苗、建再生水泵站、排污管道、向河流补充新水量等多种措施净化水质;利用水系、根据地形地势,营造景观气氛,为人们构建景观亲水性的活动空间。生态治理河道提高了防洪标准,消除了防洪安全隐患,带动了密云县经济的发展。使河道资源、环境、生态功能得到了充分发挥。
