本文对１１例过敏性哮喘患者，用１００ｍｌ生理盐水作支气管肺泡灌洗（ＢＡＬ）。所有患者ＢＡＬ前均予以３００μｇ的舒喘灵雾化吸入，ＢＡＬ过程中持续鼻导管给氧（３Ｌ／ｍｉｎ）。ＢＡＬ前后分别测试肺功能。结果无一例发生严重的支气管痉挛，表明经纤维支气管镜行ＢＡＬ，对稳定期过敏性哮喘患者来说是安全的。
In this paper, 11 patients with allergic asthma, 100ml saline for bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL). Nasal catheter oxygenation (3 L / min) was continued in all BAL patients with 300 μg of salbutamol inhaled before BAL. Test lung function before and after BAL. Results None of the patients developed severe bronchospasm, indicating that bronchoscopy with BAL is safe for patients with stable allergic asthma.
