The first chapter of Guanzhong Qizhien put forward the principle of making great contributions in advance and politics from the very beginning. The remarks of Ming Tao and levied on the thoughts of Guanzhong City contributed to the construction of Chinese accounting culture based on economic investigation, truthfully reflecting the development of border trade and paying taxes according to regulations.
