目的 分析术中放射治疗 (IORT)对中晚期胰腺癌患者的治疗效果。方法 对 1 986— 1 999年收住我院的 65例伴有严重背痛和腹痛而又无法手术根治的中晚期胰腺癌患者 ,分别进行了IORT和体外放射治疗 (EBRT) ,观察止痛效果和中位生存期。结果 IORT组 45例患者的止痛总有效率为 95 .6 % ,术后 3d内见效 ,中位生存期为 7.5个月 ;EBRT组 2 0例患者的止痛总有效率为 90 .0 % ,放射治疗 1 4d后见效 ,中位生存期是 8.1个月。二组止痛总有效率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 IORT能明显缓解中晚期胰腺癌患者的疼痛 ,见效快 ,对患者的中位生存期无明显影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) on patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods One hundred and sixty-five patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital from 1986 to 1999 with severe back pain and abdominal pain who were not cured by radical radiotherapy were treated with IORT and external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) Median survival. Results The total effective rate of analgesic in 45 patients in IORT group was 95.6%, and the median effective life was 7.5 months after 3d. The total effective rate of pain in 20 patients in EBRT group was 90.0% Effective after 14 days of treatment, the median survival was 8.1 months. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of analgesia between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion IORT can relieve the pain of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer effectively and has a quick response, but has no obvious effect on the median survival of patients.
