十年前,在中国市场上曾流行过这样一句顺口溜:远看象洋货,近看是广货,细看是假货。这15个字不仅非常形象地把当时“广货”款式新、重摹仿、品质差的多重复杂产品形象尖刻地表述了出来,而且也揭示了广货缺乏工业设计事业的本质。十年后的今天,随着不断的开放和市场发育的逐渐成熟,广货的发源地——珠江三角洲地区已经成为中国内地最大的消费品制造业基地,其家庭电器、消费电子、通讯器材、家具、玩具、塑料日用品、五金制品等产业,不仅对中国内地市场形成厂绝对竞争优势,而且已成为中国对外贸易中最主要的工业制成品供应地。
Ten years ago, such a jingle had prevailed in the Chinese market: Viewed as foreign goods in the distance, it was widely seen in the near future and fake goods in detail. These 15 words not only gave a vivid presentation of the complicated and complex product images of the new “wide goods” model at the time, but also revealed the lack of the essence of industrial design. Today, ten years from now, with the constant opening-up and market maturity, the Pearl River Delta, the birthplace of Guang-hua, has become the largest consumer goods manufacturing base in mainland China. Its home appliances, consumer electronics, communications equipment, furniture, Toys, plastic products, hardware products and other industries not only formed an absolutely competitive advantage for the Chinese mainland market, but also became the major supplier of industrial products to China’s foreign trade.
