目的 了解医学新生的心理健康状况及影响新生心理健康的主要因素。方法 采用整群抽样的方法 ,利用中文版大学生人格问卷UPI对 2 0 0 1级入校新生进行调查。结果 医学新生中一、二类学生占11.4 % (5 9/5 19)。医学新生的心理健康状况与性别、城乡、是否独生、母亲文化程度、父母职业等因素无关 ;与新生的既往病史、对所学专业的满意度、父亲文化程度等因素有关。结论 新生进行专业思想教育对促进新生心理健康发展具有积极意义
Objective To understand the mental health status of medical freshmen and the main factors affecting the mental health of freshmen. Methods The method of cluster sampling was used to investigate the freshmen who were admitted to the university with the Chinese version of the Personality Questionnaire UPI. Results One or two students in medical freshmen accounted for 11.4% (59/5/19). Medical students mental health status and sex, urban and rural areas, whether or not only, mother’s education, parental occupation and other factors has nothing to do with the freshman’s past medical history, the degree of professional satisfaction, father’s education level and other factors. Conclusion Freshmen ’s professional ideological education is of positive significance to the promotion of freshmen’ s psychological health development
