本文研究了A3及18MnNb钢形变奥氏体动态再结晶。在900~1100℃区间进行恒温恒应变压缩形变、在应变速率为3×10~(-3)S~(-1)的条件下,测定了钢的动态再结晶开始时间,绘制A3和18MnNb钢的动态再结晶曲线。文中讨论了铌对动态再结晶的影响。结果表明,微合金元素铌显著推迟钢的动态再结晶。在高温区,这种推迟作用主要是Nb(C,N)的固溶阻滞所至,在较低温度区,则主要是Nb(C,N)的动态析出造成的。
In this paper, the dynamic recrystallization of A3 and 18MnNb deformed austenite is studied. The specimens were subjected to constant temperature and constant strain compression in the temperature range of 900 ~ 1100 ℃. The dynamic recrystallization start time of the steel was measured under the strain rate of 3 × 10 ~ (-3) S ~ (-1), and A3 and 18MnNb steel Dynamic recrystallization curve. The effect of niobium on dynamic recrystallization is discussed in this paper. The results show that niobium micro-alloying significantly delayed the dynamic recrystallization of steel. In the high temperature region, the postponing effect is mainly due to the solid solution block of Nb (C, N), and mainly the dynamic precipitation of Nb (C, N) in the lower temperature region.
