昨天,恰巧有机会和几个刚刚经过高考,即将奔赴高校的大学新生们聊天。一问他们考上的专业,呵!不是计算机就是通讯,都是如今抢手的热门。可是从他们各自的课程设置来看,除了一些基础课各有侧重外,其余那些需要实践开发、面向应用的课却大同小异。看来计算机和通讯在我国的学校里已经开始融合了。如果说6月15日北方电讯斥资91亿美元收购Bay Networks吹响了通讯公司与网络公司走向融合的冲锋号,那么,9月上旬摩托罗拉两位来自美国总部的高级副总裁Randall S.Battat(如右上图)和George S.Harlem先生亲自到中国,向中国用户传达摩托罗拉刚刚调整未来战略的目的,则是宣告摩托罗拉将把计算机与通讯的融合大业推向高
