目的建立科学、实用、快速、准确的职业病危害企业分布数据分析软件管理系统,为评估职业病危害现况和制定职业病防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集惠州市各县区企业工商注册信息表,包括企业类型、企业名称、企业地址、法人、联系电话、经营范围、登记管辖区域等信息,开发职业病危害数据企业分布分析软件。结果该软件能利用企业工商注册信息,通过对企业名称、经营范围等信息的自动分析,获取企业的类型、数量及分布情况,同时自动生成全市各行业企业数量、全市不同性质企业数量,各县区企业数量、各行业区域分布情况等报表,评估当地的职业病危害现况。结论该软件能快速获取职业病危害现况相关数据,具有信息量大、数据完整、调查周期短、调查费用少和数据更新及时等优点。
Objective To establish a scientific, practical, rapid and accurate distributed data analysis software management system for occupational hazards enterprises, providing a scientific basis for assessing the current status of occupational disease hazards and formulating prevention and treatment measures of occupational diseases. Methods We collected information on business registration of enterprises in counties and districts of Huizhou City, including enterprise type, company name, business address, legal person, telephone number, business scope and registration jurisdiction, and developed enterprise distribution analysis software for occupational hazard data. Results The software can make use of enterprise business registration information to obtain the type, quantity and distribution of enterprises through the automatic analysis of enterprise name, business scope and other information. At the same time, the software automatically generates the number of enterprises in each industry in the city, the number of enterprises of different nature in the city, District number of enterprises, regional distribution of various industries and other statements to assess the status of occupational hazards in the local. Conclusion The software can quickly obtain the relevant data of occupational disease status, with the advantages of large amount of information, complete data, short investigation period, low survey cost and timely data updating.
