《企业国有产权转让管理暂行办法》已经国务院国有资产监督管理委员会主任办公会议审议通过,现予公布,自2004年2月1日起施行。
The Interim Measures for the Administration of the Transfer of State-owned Property Rights of Enterprises has been examined and approved by the office of director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and is hereby promulgated. It will come into force on February 1, 2004.
