对铸件凝固时间的研究,已有很长的历史,但至今仍没有一个全面的认识。本文对Chvorinov定律,进行了理论分析和实验验证,并得出了一些结论。 Chvorinov采用数学方法,对半无限大平板固体的传热,进行了推导,得出了著名的平方根定律:V/A=C(tr)~(1/2),其中C=2/π~(1/2)((T_m-T_)/(ρ_sH))(k_mρ_mC_m)~(1/2),认为铸件的总凝固时间与其模数的平方成正比,C在给定铸型和金属材料及模温的情况下为一常数,此式适用于任何形状和大小的铸件。
The study of solidification time of castings has a long history, but so far there is no comprehensive understanding. In this paper, the Chvorinov’s law is theoretically analyzed and experimentally verified, and some conclusions are drawn. Chvorinov used mathematical method to deduce the heat transfer of semi-infinite flat plate solid, and got the famous square root law: V / A = C (tr) ~ (1/2), where C = 2 / π ~ 1/2) ((T_m-T_) / (ρ_sH)) (k_mρ_mC_m) ~ (1/2). It is considered that the total solidification time of the casting is proportional to the square of the modulus. In the case of a constant temperature, this applies to castings of any shape and size.
