目的:全面准确地了解新疆洛浦县碘缺乏病防治工作效果质量和洛浦县居民户食用碘盐情况动态评价人群碘营养状况的消长趋势,适时采取针对性的干预措施。方法:按照《全国碘盐监测方案》和《新疆维吾尔自治区碘盐监测方案》开展监测。要求将监测区划分为东,西,南,北,中5个片区,采集居民食用盐。按照国家标准(GB/T13025.7-1999)直接全定量滴定法测定食盐中碘含量,计算碘盐覆盖率,合格碘盐覆盖率,碘盐合格率。结果:2007年-2011年共监测居民食用盐1500份,实际采碘盐份数1481份。碘盐总合格率为94.87%,碘盐覆盖率为98.73%,非碘盐为16份,非碘盐率1.08%,1481份碘盐中有1405份为合格碘盐,食用碘盐合格率为93.78%。结论:通过好几年的监测,洛浦县碘盐监测工作中逐渐规范化了,碘盐质量不断提高了,碘盐实验室监测工作一年比一年标准划了,监测水平不断提高了,监测技术能力一年比一年变深了,洛浦县人群食用碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率均达到消除碘缺乏病国家标准。
OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively and accurately understand the effect quality of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment in Luopu County, Xinjiang and the status of iodized salt consumption by residents in Luopu County, to evaluate the trends of iodine nutrition in the population and to take pertinent interventions timely. Methods: Monitoring was conducted in accordance with “National Iodized Salt Surveillance Program” and “Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Iodized Salt Surveillance Program”. It is required to divide the monitoring area into 5 areas of East, West, South, North and Central and collect salt for residents. In accordance with the national standard (GB / T13025.7-1999) direct quantitative determination of iodine content in salt, iodized salt coverage, qualified coverage of iodized salt, iodized salt pass rate. Results: From 2007 to 2011, a total of 1 500 domestic edible salt were monitored, and the number of actual iodized salt was 1481. The total qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.87%, the coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.73%, non-iodized salt was 16, non-iodized salt rate was 1.08%, and 1405 of 1481 iodized salt were qualified iodized salt. 93.78%. Conclusion: After several years of monitoring, the monitoring of iodized salt in Luopu County has been gradually standardized. The quality of iodized salt has been continuously improved.
