采用二次饱和D—最优设计通过盆栽试验研究了~(15)N,K肥对烤烟不同生长期有关营养元素吸收与分配及产质的影响。结果表明:N肥显著提高烟叶产量,K肥则不显著。供应充足的N肥,使烤烟在移栽60天内有较好的N素营养,且能正常落黄。移栽20天烟株来自肥料N的百分数为50.70~70.68%收获期降至27.12~57.05%,N肥利用率为38.75~43.45%。N,K肥能促进早期烟株对K的吸收。随着K肥用量增加,成熟叶片K含量增加,Ca、Mg含量降低,有助于烟叶内在品质的提高。而N肥则相反。在移栽后80天内,烤烟对N、P、K、Ca、Mg的吸收和干物质积累均符合Logistic方程,最高峰值在移栽后的20~60天内。
The effects of ~ (15) N and K fertilizers on nutrient absorption, distribution and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages were studied by means of secondary saturation D-optimal design. The results showed that: N fertilizer significantly increased the yield of tobacco, K fertilizer was not significant. Adequate supply of N fertilizer, flue-cured tobacco in transplanting 60 days have better N nutrition, and can fall yellow normally. 20 days after transplanting, the percentage of tobacco plants from fertilizer N was 50.70 ~ 70.68%, the harvest time was reduced to 27.12 ~ 57.05%, and the N fertilizer utilization rate was 38.75 ~ 43.45%. N, K fertilizer can promote the early tobacco plant K absorption. With the increase of K fertilizer dosage, the content of K in mature leaves increased and the content of Ca and Mg decreased, which was helpful to improve the internal quality of tobacco leaves. The N fertilizer is the opposite. Within 80 days after transplanting, the absorption and dry matter accumulation of N, P, K, Ca, Mg in flue-cured tobacco accorded with Logistic equation, and the highest peak value was within 20-60 days after transplanting.
