使用传统方法制备β-FeSe铁基超导体需要隔绝空气的真空条件,反应温度通常超过800oC.本文采用LiCl/NaCl/KCl熔盐法在空气条件下得到β-FeSe铁基超导体.制备过程简单,不需要在真空条件下封管处理,熔盐的使用有效降低了反应温度,并阻止反应物和产物在空气中氧化.粉末X射线衍射和Rietveld分析结果表明产物纯度较高.电性和磁性测试表明β-FeSe在8 K附近有超导性出现.
The preparation of β-FeSe iron-based superconductor by traditional method requires isolation of the vacuum conditions of the air, the reaction temperature is usually over 800 o C. In this paper, β-FeSe iron-based superconductor is obtained under the atmosphere by LiCl / NaCl / KCl molten salt method. Need to seal the tube under vacuum conditions, the use of molten salt effectively reduce the reaction temperature and prevent the reactants and products in the air oxidation powder X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis showed that the product purity is higher.Electrical and magnetic tests show β-FeSe appears near 8 K superconductivity.
