一年一度的国考已进入正式确认报考阶段。和前几年相比,2015年的公务员报考出现了明显反差——共有140.9万人通过资格审查,比去年减少11.5万人;招录职位人数2.2万人,系历年之最,平均竞争比为64:1,创下近5年最低值。翻阅数据可能会对此反差有更为直观的感受——2011年,国考计划招录9763人,实际通过资格审查130.5万人,竞争比约为133.7:1,是2015年国考竞争比的两倍还要多。虽然说相较于发达国家十几比一的竞争比,我国公务员考试依然全球最热,但竞争比大幅下降,还是折射出了国人择业观的微妙变化。
The annual national exam has entered the formal confirmation of admission stage. Compared with previous years, there was a clear contrast between the 2015 civil service examinations - a total of 1,409,000 people passed the qualification examination, a decrease of 115,000 as compared with last year; the number of recruit posts was 22,000, the highest in calendar year and the average competition ratio was 64: 1, hitting the lowest value of nearly 5 years.
