我厂铂重整装置建于一九六五年,目前该装置高温临氢管线连续使用时间已超过十五万小时。由于近年来发生破裂事故速率有所增加,严重威胁安全生产,因而该装置高温临氢管道的技术状况,超期服役材料高温工作安定性及使用寿命等问题已引起人们极大的关注。下面就我厂开展这方面工作情况作一介绍。一、概况该装置高温临氢管道材质系 Cr5Mo 耐热合金。采用单面焊双面成型工艺,焊条用奥302,焊前不预热,焊后也不进行热处理。焊缝经 X 射线探伤合格,并进行硬度测试,着色检验,水试压合格后投入运行。该系统管线投入运行十年后(约七万小时)开始发生局部泄漏情况,统计见表1。
I plant platinum reformer was built in 1965, the current high temperature hydrogen plant pipeline continuous use of time has more than 150,000 hours. Due to the increase of the rate of occurrence of rupture in recent years and serious threat to safety production, the technical conditions of the high temperature hydrogen pipeline, the high temperature stability and service life of over-service materials have drawn great attention. Here I plant to carry out work in this area to make an introduction. First, the profile of the high temperature hydrogen pipe material line system Cr5Mo heat-resistant alloy. Using single-sided welding double-sided molding process, the Austrian welding rod 302, without preheating before welding, nor after welding heat treatment. Weld by X-ray detection of qualified and hardness testing, coloring inspection, water pressure test put into operation after passing. The system pipeline put into operation ten years later (about 70,000 hours) began to local leakage, statistics in Table 1.
