RH真空循环是以真空室钢液与钢包钢液循环流动来实现,由于RH循环流量不足和生产工艺不完善等问题,这些问题制约了RH的效率提高。应用N-S方程和双方程模型对RH炉外精炼真空室钢液和钢包内钢液进行数值模拟,ANSYS模拟分析循环流量及气体流量和RH混均情况。基于180t RH的参数分析钢液流动的三维数学模型模拟,并且分析影响循环流量的因素。掌握RH流动规律为工程技术改进提供参考。
RH vacuum cycle is based on the vacuum chamber liquid steel and steel ladle liquid circulation to achieve, due to lack of RH circulation flow and the production process is not perfect and other issues, these issues restrict the RH efficiency. The N-S equation and the two-equation model were used to simulate the molten steel in ladle outside the vacuum chamber and the molten steel in the ladle, and the simulation analysis of circulating flow, gas flow and RH mixing were carried out by ANSYS. The three-dimensional mathematical model of the flow of molten steel was analyzed based on the 180t RH parameters and the factors affecting the circulating flow were analyzed. Grasping the law of RH flow provides a reference for engineering technology improvement.
