以寄主植物挥发性物质为基础,研制了一种广谱性针叶害虫引诱剂,并于2011~2012年分别在江苏虞山和常熟港对该引诱剂进行了野外试验。结果表明:该引诱剂对鞘翅目害虫有较好的效果,可以诱捕到天牛科、小蠹科和长蠹科等多种鞘翅目害虫,可用于在口岸对林木害虫进行非定向监测。另外比较了该引诱剂与黑光灯配成不同组合的诱虫效果,证实引诱剂+黑光灯组合对天牛和小蠹等主要害虫的诱集效果较好,为更有效的进行林木监测提供了新的思路。
Based on the host plant volatile substances, a broad-spectrum needle-leaf pest attractant was developed. Field trials of the attractant were conducted in Yushan and Changshu of Jiangsu from 2011 to 2012 respectively. The results showed that the attractant has good effect on the coleopteran pests, and can trap a variety of Coleoptera pests such as Cerambycidae, Beetles and Trichomes, and can be used for non-directional monitoring of pests in the ports. In addition, we compared the attractant effect of the attractant with the black light, and confirmed that the attractant + black light combination had better effect on the main pests such as Beetle and Beetles, which provided a more effective forest monitoring New ideas.
