在尿生成的急性实验中,既未注射其他药物,也未注射高渗葡萄糖,我们发现由输尿管收集的16只兔尿中,先后有13只免尿糖呈阳性。实验证明,糖尿的出现,与其血糖浓度的逐渐明显升高有密切关系。同时对血糖升高的原因,采用正交设计进行初步分析:设想在手术创伤的作用下,家兔的交感——肾上腺髓质系统的活动明显增强,而迷走——胰岛素系统则处于一定的抑制状态,因此使血糖浓度逐渐升高;共整合部位则位于低位脑干。
In an acute test of urine production, neither other drugs nor hypertonic glucose were injected. We found that 13 of the 16 rabbit urine collected from the ureters were positive for urine-free glucose.
