N-α-甲基-组胺(NAMH)在感染幽门螺杆菌的胃粘膜的含量升高。NAMH已被认为是一种组胺H_3受体(H_3R)的激动剂,激活H_3R参与抑制胃酸分泌。但H_3R也可通过抑制生长抑素分泌而提高胃酸分泌。也有报道NAMH可直接作用于动物的组胺H_2受体(H_2R)以刺激胃酸分泌。本研究旨在确定NAMH除了是H_3R激动剂外还是H_2R激动剂。 材料与方法:采用磷酸钙共沉淀法将与TA载体连接的人H_2R的cDNA转染中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO),建立稳定表
N-alpha-methyl-histamine (NAMH) increases in gastric mucosa infected with H. pylori. NAMH has been considered as a histamine H_3 receptor (H_3R) agonist, H_3R activation involved in inhibition of gastric acid secretion. But H_3R can also increase gastric acid secretion by inhibiting somatostatin secretion. NAMH has also been reported to act directly on the histamine H 2 receptor (H 2 R) in animals to stimulate gastric acid secretion.
